SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Velo Nest LLC. We are committed to delivering your products quickly and securely to ensure the best shopping experience possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders over $50.00. For orders under $50.00, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
Priority Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, Velo Nest LLC ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our reach in the future.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.
6. Order Cancellations & Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at VeloNestLLC@proton.me within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer change the destination.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging.
Lost/Stolen:
Velo Nest LLC is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a P.O. Box if you are concerned about theft.
